When I came to Moe, I weighed 226 lbs and had a body fat percentage of 30.2%. After 2 months, I officially weighed 212 lbs and had a body fat percentage of 22.4. Moe has taught me how to eat nutritiously and how to be aware of what I eat at every meal and snack.

I have also learned how to exercise efficiently and utilize my heart rate to accomplish my fitness goals. Finally, Moe has been a source of constant support and encouragement, which is a major reason why I was able to reach my goal.

I know that I will be successful in my nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle because I have the knowledge and experience to do so. I would recommend Moe to anyone. I am proud to have made an investment in Moe and I can't thank him enough for what he has meant to my life.
You might say that I'm a late bloomer. I discovered Moe and the benefits of regular supervised exercise at the age of 54!

I was driven to Moe by a variety of circumstances, a need to confront the effects of my advancing age and to combat a nasty rehabilitation from knee sugery. My prior efforts had only resulted in further injury and several bouts of physical therapy.

Moe has changed all that. He listened to my list of concerns and took the time to devise a comprehensive fitness plan tailored to me. The results over the last 18 months have been superb. The general improvement in conditioning has been augmented with better posture and, as a bonus, reduced knee pain.

I'm honored to have this opportunity to recommend Moe's services to others, particularly to folks who feel they've been underserved to some extent by other professionals in this field.

If you asked me a year ago if Iíd ever consider going to a personal trainer I would have said no, the reasons being I canít afford it and I can get in shape on my own. Then a good friend of mine gave me a gift certificate for three sessions with Moe. By the third session I was already feeling so much better I decided to take the plunge and commit to seeing him twice a week for three months. Now I tell people you canít afford NOT to go to Moe.

Working with Moe has transformed my life. He helped me reach and then exceed my weight loss and fitness goals, which led me to reassess what I might be able to do. With Moe's guidance my cardio routine started to include running. After he coached me through my first 5K race, my twenty-something daughter invited me to run a 10 mile race with her. I followed Moe's training plan and found I could run 10 miles. That gave me the confidence to tackle the water, and now, finally at age 58, I'm learning to swim. Along the way, exercise has become a fun, integral part of my day.

When I initially called Moe, I knew I needed to lose weight, but was unable to stick to a plan and felt the gym to be ineffective drudgery.
