I am a 47 year old woman and have exercised most of my life in one form or another. A little over

You might say that I'm a late bloomer. I discovered Moe and the benefits of regular supervised exercise at the age of

I was driven to Moe by a variety of circumstances, a need to confront the effects of my advancing age and to combat a nasty rehabilitation

I've been strength training steadily since I was in high school. Not because I was on the football team, far from
it. I was always one of the last chosen for teams. Although I look fit, I always wanted to see my abs flex. Tragically, they've always

I've never been able to get my body fat percentage below 15%. As I was coming up to the milestone
